1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or exchange is available if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning upon delivery.

  • The request for return/exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Customized products or special orders, unless defective

To request a refund:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and describe the issue with the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on returning the item.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We can replace the product with the same item, subject to availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery charges for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Spark Electronics.

  • For non-defective items returned for personal reasons, return shipping costs may apply.
